- The fresh annual election to elect 24 (twenty four) Members (as per rule B3.8 read with "Annexure A") of the
Bangalore Management Association Memorandum of Association and Rules for the period 2008-09 will be
held on Saturday, 21st June, 2008 between 03:30 pm to 06.30 pm at Bangalore Management Association
Office, B-207, Blue Cross Chambers, No.11, infantry Road Cross, Bangalore - 560 001,

| 4. Terms & Conditions |

As per rule B16.1 the nominations should be enclosed in a sealed Envelope addressed to the Returning
Officer and shall be dropped in the sealedbox kept in the BMAoffice for this purpose during the Officehours
and before 5.00PM on Friday, 30-05-2008. No deviations shall be made from the Calendar specified above.
The voting at the Annual Election shall be by Secret Ballot only.

The contesting Candidates under any of the Institutional Category will furnish along with his nomination
form a letter from the Institution on its, letterhead and company seal, signed by a competent authority,
nominatinghim as a candidate representingtheir Institution.The Candidate/nominee ofthe Institutionsshould
file the nominations in the prescribed form along with the Seal of the Institution.

The contesting candidates under Individual/Life Members of BMA and Professional Members of AlMA
should file their Bio-data in the prescribed form along with the nomination paper duly signed by the candidate.
Further, the members under these categories will be treated on par for the purposes of proposing/seconding in
the election process.

Extract of RulesB 14,B 15and B 16.1pertaining to the Election, voting Eligibility of members, responsibility
of the Returning Officer etc is notified on the Notice Board. A current list of members who are eligible to
vote is kept open at BMAoffice during office hours, for perusal by members before 16-05-2008.

A member should have cleared the membership fee for the year 2008-09 before the date of filing the nomination
or the date of election as the case may be (As per B'15 of Byelaws).

If a member is defaulting in payment of fee for the year 2007-08 or earlier, theIVsuchmember will not be
eligible for contesting the election or voting. (In which case, the membership fee should have been paid
before 151of July 2007 or the similar date of corresponding year. As per B.6 of Byelaws).
